The value of the project is over EUR 50 million, which will be recorded in the company’s order backlog for the first quarter of 2021. The signed construction contract was preceded by a development phase that lasted approximately three months last autumn.

The future new-build expansion of the central hospital’s F building, is a 19,700-square-metre complex housing, for example, most of the hospital beds and the laboratory, pharmaceutical preparation and logistics.

The demolition of the old building and new-build preparatory work will begin at the end of February or at the beginning of March and the building will be completed and ready for commission in the autumn 2023.
