The property holdings in Kristianstad comprises the property at Näsby 34:24, which was built 1917-1923. About 20 buildings with a gross area of 42,000 square metres are on the approximately 80,000 square-metre property. Currently Kristianstad University rents the majority of the premises.
Niagara on Universitetsholmen, an artificial island in Malmö, occupies about 4,500 square metres of land, with a 26,000 square-metre building that was completed in 2015. Niagara consists of three separate buildings with five, seven and eleven floors, that are linked together by an atrium. The current tenant is Malmö University.
Intea will take possession on 15 March 2021 and will assume all current leases with no changes to their current status.
