Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden acquires a centrally located community service property in Uppsala with The Police Authority, The Public Prosecutor's Office and The Swedish Prison and Probation Service as tenants.
The property Uppsala Svartbäcken 52:9 comprises approximately 23,900 sqm of lettable area and is today fully let. The Police Authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service have all been tenants at the property since it was built in 2004 and the leases run until 2029. Annual rental income for 2021 amounts to SEK 32.6 million, which is adjusted annually by approximately 4.5 percent given that Stibor 3m is 0 percent.
