Diös is acquiring a modern office property on Humanistgatan in Borlänge. The fully let property includes the municipalities of Sweco, Skanska, Mockfjärd and Borlänge as tenants. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 80 million.

The seller is Fastighets AB Hushagen and access will take place on 1 June.
