Through a company transaction, Swedish Logistic Property has acquired and taken over a large logistics property in Borås. The property is located within the popular industrial area Viared (Borås) and is close to highway 40 in the direction of Gothenburg with an excellent signage location.

The property's lettable area is just over 11,000 sqm and it is fully let to the tenants PR Home of Scandinavia, Expresspack, Oscar Jacobsson, På Pall and SpaceRenter. The average rental duration is about 3.5 years.
