Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund, part of Schroders Capital, is today announcing the sale of Gradus, (Paciuksenkatu 25, Meilahti, Helsinki) to eQ Community Properties Fund.

Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund used Advium as broker and legal advisor for the completion of the sale of property was Castrén & Snellman.

Gradus is a property next to the hospital area in Helsinki and the largest tenant is HUS (Hospital district of Helsinki). The new owner eQ Community Properties Fund is managed by EQ, a Finnish group of companies that concentrates on asset management and corporate finance operations.
