The properties encompass a total of 31,000 sqm, of which 30,000 sqm consists of 378 apartments and 1,000 sqm are premises.

Privately owned Hökerum Fastigheter previously own 650 apartments and 42,000 sqm commercial area in Ulricehamn and Borås and vicinity.
