“Three contractors submitted tenders for the project and it is very satisfying that NCC had a good offering, high level of engagement and was professional in terms of pricing, quality and delivery reliability. As the client, we look forward to the start of construction and further cooperation to realize a major construction project,” says Lars-Erik Wogsted, Union.
Valle Vision will comprise 14 stories and two stories below ground level. The office premises will be modern and the property will be constructed in the same architectural style as previous Valle projects. The project will be environmentally certified in accordance with the BREEAM system, Excellent level.
NCC has previously constructed and developed the two first phases in the area, with the Valle Wood and Valle View projects. All phases, including development rights for the fourth phase, were sold to Union Eiendomskapital in 2019.
“We will now continue to build in the area where NCC has played an active part in urban development for many years. Once again, our offering in this contract tendering process proved to be competitive, which pleases me. Having built two groundbreaking office buildings in the area, we have a well-trimmed and experienced project organization in place that is ready for this assignment,” says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Business Area Manager, NCC Building Nordics.
Construction will commence in the autumn of 2021 and the building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
The assignment is a turnkey contract and the order will be registered in the third quarter of 2021 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
