Odd Molly International has high goals for the company's continued growth as a challenger in warehousing and logistics properties. The company currently owns 26 warehouse and logistics properties with a leasable area of 160,100 square meters with a value of 1,342 MSEK, all located within attractive logistics hubs.

The recruitment of Niklas Zuckerman and Anders Nordvall creates a strong starting point to accelerate the company's continued growth and shareholder value. With Niklas and Anders' extensive experience, leadership and expertise, Odd Molly's already strong management team is further strengthened.

Niklas Zuckerman, incoming CEO, is 45 years old and has a Master's Degree in Engineering. Niklas has been a Partner for three years and has been responsible for Savills' Swedish transaction advice. Prior to that, Niklas was a Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, Niklas has a long-term employment from Catella Corporate Finance.

Anders Nordvall, incoming Deputy CEO and Head of Transactions, is 49 years old and has a Master's Degree in Engineering. Anders is currently a Partner and Deputy CEO at Savills Sweden. Prior to that, Anders was a Partner and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden and before that CEO of Catella Corporate Finance.

The current CEO of Odd Molly International, Jennie Högstedt Björk, will remain in her role until Niklas Zuckerman takes on the CEO role. Jennie then transitions to fully focus on leading the fashion business. 

Niklas and Anders are expected to start their new roles no later than December 2021.
