The property Urvädersklippan Mindre 9 on Götgatan contains offices, homes and shops with access on 30 September. The property Ångmaskinen 4 on Bergsund's beach consists mostly of housing and access will take place on 1 November.

"The house on Bergsund's beach is our third on the street and even though we have 44 properties on Södermalm, there is no strategy to grow right there. We evaluate the purchase of both commercial and residential and to build rental apartments throughout Stockholm," says Sven Renström, CEO of Olov Lindgren.

The seller of the property on Bergsunds Strand is a private individual and the seller of the property on Götgatan is FPK Försäkringsbranschens Pensionskassa - Tjänstepensionsförening. Both properties fit well into the existing portfolio. The houses have a well-preserved style from each year of construction with period details and decorative facades.

"They fit well into our long-term perspective and it will be fun to get to know both tenants and houses," comments Sven Renström.
