K-Fastigheter has entered into an agreement with Kilen 159 Strängnäs AB to acquire the property Oppeby gård 1:9 in the municipality of Nyköping. The property has received a legally valid zoning plan which enables construction of approximately 4,100 square meters gross floor area (GFA) above ground. K-Fastigheter intends to build around 60 rental apartments in its proprietary concept building Lateral Low-Rise.
“With this transaction, we will continue to be part of the development of Nyköping and the Oppeby district, where we are currently building 100 rental apartments with occupancy during the first half of 2022. It is also gratifying to be able to make our first deal in the jointly venture K-Fast Kilen AB, which we own together with Kilenkrysset AB,” says Magnus Persson, business development manager, K-Fastigheter.
The acquisition takes place through a company transaction and the underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 12 million. K-Fastigheter has taken possession of the shares. Construction is expected to begin preliminarily during the first half of 2022 and be completed in the second half of 2023.
