Toves Galleri on Vesterbo was a good idea on paper, but the center that opened in 2008 never got a good shop mixture and customer base, despite leases to anchor tenants like Kiwi and Netto 2010 and 2013. Cubrix Property Advisers has now sold the center on behalf of the bankruptcy estate.

“It has been an exciting but long process. Of course the price had to be right but it was also important to find a buyer with good ideas for the future development of the center, so that we do not have a half empty center again in a few years” says Michael Lind Olsen at Cubrix.

Westmarket will remodel the center, with a larger food orientation, and keep Netto, Kiwi and Fitness World as the anchor tenants. Westmarket plans on opening the center in October.
