Holmström Fastigheter Acquires Residential Units in Kalmar

Sweden — Holmström Fastigheter has signed an agreement to acquire 10,400 sqm of lettable area, which constitutes three existing residential properties and two more assets that will be acquired after completion in 2023.

The transaction is made through the subsidiary Klippudden Fastigheter AB. The transaction is conditional upon financing.

”It feels good to have reached the signing of this transaction. The dialogue with the sellers have been going on for a long time and we are pleased that both parties are happy with the outcome. We have a good relationship with Kalmar’s real estate market and are hoping for more similar transactions. At the same time, we are continuing our focus on expansion in Linköping, Norrköping and Mälaren region.” says Gustav Carp, Head of Business Development, Holmström Fastigheter.

Kalmargården AB is the seller of the assets.
