Annette Hjelmstedt has worked with IR and communication for more than 20 years and joins from a role within Investor Relations at Areim. Between 2011 and 2019, Annette served as IR Director at EQT, working with fund raising and investor relations. Annette has also held positions in IR and communications at Nordea Investment Funds, Carnegie Investment Bank and SCA/Essity.

Sari Marttila has over 30 years of experience from Human Relations, most recently from a position as Head of HR at Hannes Snellman Law Firm in Stockholm, where she has been responsible for strategic and operational HR with focus on talent management since 2017. During 2009–2015, she was Head of HR at NC Advisory AB (advisor to Nordic Capitals’ funds) where she established the HR function and led a significant number of recruitment processes in multiple countries. In addition, Sari has longstanding experience from executive roles at PA Consulting, Bearingpoint and McKinsey & Company, and she has also managed her own HR consultancy company.
