The properties comprise of some 47 000 sqm of leasable area. Three of the properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, one in Tampere region and one in Turku region. The lead tenants are Ruokakesko Oy and Tokmanni Oy.

The value of the investment portfolio of EQ Finnish Real Estate, which started investment activities in December 2014, increases to over € 250M. The fund now owns 17 commercial properties in the strongest regional and national growth centres in Finland.

Special Investment Fund EQ Finnish Real Estate invests in Finnish commercial real estate. The fund is open for new investors quarterly and semi-annually for redemptions. The fund aims for a 6% annual distribution and 7-10% total annual return. The fund has returned 9.6% p.a. since inception.
