Daniel Hye Hedemann is a well-known face also at Rubik, as Daniel worked as Investment Manager at Patrizia from 2014-2017 side by side with Nicolai S. Dalsgaard and Jacob Smergel-Krog. Now he picks up the COO position at Rubik Properties.

After making a significant contribution to Patrizia's growth in Denmark, Daniel switched to PFA, where he commenced as Portfolio Manager in PFA's global real estate team with a focus on PFA's direct investments in Europe.

Most recently, Daniel now from a position as Head of Real Estate at the Danish pension fund PBU, where Daniel was responsible for PBU's property portfolio consisting of Danish directly owned properties as well as Danish and foreign real estate funds.
