Stendörren in Another Copenhagen Acquisition

Denmark — Stendörren has acquired the industrial property Kirstinehøj 3, Kastrup from a private seller. The property will be Stendörren's fourth acquisition in the Copenhagen region.

The agreed property value amounts to DKK 30.9 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 42 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 4,772 square meters. The property is fully let to a tenant.

"We are very happy to be able to start the new year with our fourth acquisition in the interesting Copenhagen region. The property has a very good location in direct connection to Kastrup Airport and has a strong tenant," says Erik Ranje, CEO of Stendörren.
