Alecta Fastigheter is in an expansive phase with the aim of doubling the property portfolio in the coming years.

"I am incredibly happy that we at Alecta Fastigheter get Lena as a new colleague and CFO. With her experience and solid competence, Lena will contribute in several important areas in the development phase we are in," says Lena Boberg, CEO of Alecta Fastigheter.

In her role as CFO, Lena Rönnbäck will also be responsible for the company's business development and digitization, in addition to finance and economics.

"I look forward to being involved in building companies and being part of the journey that Alecta Fastigheter has begun. Based on my many years of background in the real estate industry, I hope to be able to contribute to continued development and to drive the business forward with the goal of shifting up and managing different opportunities to create greater value," says Lena Rönnbäck.

Today, Lena Rönnbäck works in a similar role at Skandia Fastigheter, where she has been active in various positions for many years. She has previously worked as an accountant for KPMG. Lena will take over as CFO of Alecta Fastigheter on May 1 and will be part of the management team.
