NREP buys a portfolio of eight Agora Gardens, a housing community concept for seniors developed by Tetris. This secures Tetris' capital to further spread the successful concept and build a new portfolio. The housing communities meet the demand from seniors who increasingly want to live with others.

It is this portfolio, of eight communities and more than 500 efficient, modern homes of a total of 40,000 sqm, that NREP buys from Tetris. The price is approximately DKK 1.3 billion.
