The deal in Denmark consists of office and warehouse properties encompassing a total of 51 200 sq. m in Albertslund, Brøndby and Søborg in the northwestern part of Greater Copenhagen, with assessed potential due to a planned infrastructure building in the area, among other things.
Briggen has also acquired a fully leased office building encompassing 2 600 sq. m in Herley business park in Greater Copenhagen.
Through the acquisition in Copenhagen, Briggen more than doubles their tenure of Denmark.
“This strengthens us on our two markets – in Stockholm through completing our portfolio with an additional well located property and in Copenhagen through concentrating the business and growing in already established areas", says Henrik Saxborn, CEO at Castellum.
