Sehlhall continues its collaboration with Hemgården through the acquisition of two ready-to-build properties: Gipsgjutaren 30 in central Enskede in Stockholm, and Höjdhopparen 2 and 3 in central Linköping.

In Enskede, Sehlhall plans to build sustainable group housing. The property is located in a classic garden town with villas and smaller apartment buildings. The new production will be created with the existing building as a starting point and maintain a high architectural quality. Construction start is planned for the fourth quarter of this year and the construction will be constructed in line with the ambitions for Climate-Neutral Social Infrastructure and Nordic Ecolabelled.

"It is fun to be able to acquire such a suitable, ready-to-build property in Stockholm. A municipality that has an urgent need for group housing. With Gipsgjutaren, we are expanding our portfolio in Stockholm and continuing to contribute to the city's social infrastructure," says Dan T. Sehlberg, CEO of Sehlhall.

In Linköping, Sehlhall plans to build a group home and sheltered housing. The property is centrally located in Linköping's city center.

"Sheltered housing relieves both home care and nursing homes and contributes to breaking isolation and increasing security and quality of life for the residents. Linköping has a great need for this form of housing, as well as for group housing. We are therefore happy to be able to establish ourselves in the municipality and we look forward to continuing to grow in the region," says Dan T. Sehlberg.

The collaboration with Hemgården is deepened with these two deals. A collaboration that already includes two care homes, group homes and rental housing in Täby.

"Hemgården is an innovative and genuine real estate company that shares our passion for safe and sustainable care properties. I am convinced that we will create many joint projects in the future," Dan T. Sehlberg concludes.
