Danica Ejendomme has just sold five primarily North Zealand residential properties to the Copenhagen-based real estate investment and management company Thylander Gruppen. 

The sale of the five residential rental properties, which are predominantly located in Nærum and Hillerød, takes place as part of trimming the portfolio so that it better fits the investment strategy, where Danica Ejendomme focuses on residential and commercial properties in the country's largest cities.

Thylander Gruppen has since the company was founded in 1986 build a strong real estate portfolio, including not only residential housing units, but also office units and development projects in Denmark. Currently, Thylander Gruppen manages 150 properties in Denmark through 10 investment funds worth DKKb 15.
