The properties consist of 272 apartments and offer good conditions for energy-improving measures, in order to achieve significant carbon dioxide savings in line with Bohild's overall strategy. The acquisition is Bohild's first in Östersund. The company has previously invested in housing and community properties in Falun, Borlänge, Helsingborg, Osby and Älmhult.
“We are very pleased to establish our presence in Östersund with such attractive properties that have good development potential, especially with regard to energy-improving measures for lower carbon dioxide emissions. We see this acquisition as a start for more acquisitions in Östersund, which is a city we believe in a lot," Josefin Bergholtz, partner at Brunswick Real Estate and CEO of Bohild.
