The largest projects launched were As Oy Helsingin Kuninkaanmiekka, As Oy Helsingin Nihdin Kulma, As Oy Helsingin Nihdin Portti, As Oy Espoon Esplanadi, As Oy Helsingin Jalava, As Oy Kuopion Puijonlaakso Hiihtomestari, As Oy Otavallanhovi and As Oy Tampereen Uittoranta. In the CEE countries, the largest projects were Apzeldinimas in Lithuania, the fourth phase of Aroma Park in Poland, the third phase of Zwirn in Slovakia, House Bach and Happi Milanska, both in the Czech Republic.

The total value of these largest projects is over EUR 300 million. The launch of these residential projects have been entered in the order book of the second quarter of the year.

As Oy Helsingin Kuninkaanmiekka is located in Kuninkaantammi, near the Central Park, with excellent transport connections. The project comprises nearly 50 apartments to be completed in late 2023.

As Oy Helsingin Nihdin Kulma and Portti are located in Sompasaari, in the so-called "Lukki" residential block, right by the sea, on the Crown Bridges tram line. Lukki is the first residential block to be built in the Nihti local detailed plan area. Nihdin Kulma comprises nearly 30 apartments to be completed in early 2024. Portti comprises close to 60 apartments to be completed by summer 2024.

As Oy Espoon Esplanadi is located in Westend, close to the sea and the Rantaraitti waterfront walkway. The project comprises nearly 50 apartments to be completed in late 2023.

As Oy Helsingin Jalava is located in Haaga. Jalava is part of the Puistokortteli block, which uses geothermal heat and provides residents with a laundry, remote workstations, a sauna, playgrounds, a workshop and fitness facilities. Jalava comprises nearly 60 apartments to be completed in late 2023.

In As Oy Kuopion Puijonlaakso Hiihtomestari, people live close to nature, near Lake Kallavesi. The project comprises nearly 60 apartments to be completed by the end of summer 2023. 

As Oy Tampereen Otavallanhovi will be built on a premium location, at the corner of Tuomiokirkonkatu and Otavalankatu streets. It offers buyers a unique opportunity to acquire a modern prestige home in the heart of Tampere. Nearly 90 apartments, ranging from urban studios to large family homes, will be completed by the end of 2024.

As Oy Tampereen Uittoranta is located in Niemenranta, near Lake Näsijärvi, on the route of the new tramway. It comprises over 30 apartments to be completed in autumn 2023.

Apzeldinimas is the first phase of YIT's new area development project in Kaunas, Lithuania. The area is located in a quiet green area within walking distance of the Nemunas River and the centre of Kaunas. The first phase comprises 80 apartments to be completed by the end of summer 2023.

Aroma Park is located in the northern part of Warsaw, Poland. The fourth phase of the project will be the final phase of Aroma Park and will see the completion of around 140 apartments by spring 2024.

In Bratislava, Slovakia, construction has started on the third phase of the project Zwirn. The project comprises nearly 200 apartments to be completed in late 2024. Zwirn is an urban residential and office block in Bratislava’s historical industrial district, on a plot of land known for being the location of a spinning mill.

House Bach in Prague, Czech Republic, is a complementary construction project near Opatov metro station in the Chodov district, one of the city's largest traditional residential areas. The project comprises nearly 50 apartments to be completed during spring 2024.

Happi Milanska is located in Prague, Czech Republic, in an area that offers residents excellent facilities complete with schools, shops and restaurants. The project comprises 70 apartments to be completed in early 2024.
