Bekker Ståhl comes from the position as Head of Nordics – Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE. He has close to 15 years of experience from commercial real estate and banking and finance law. He has worked 6 years at Aareal Bank in both Stockholm and Wiesbaden where he was responsible for origination and structuring of real estate transactions in the Nordic region, and 8 years with the Nordic law firms Hannes Snellmann and Vinge in both Sweden and Finland.

Pangea Debt Advisory is a completely independent debt adviser without its own balance sheet, in addition to being completely product neutral. The main target group is both new and existing customers in the real estate sector, as well as new customers in other sectors.
Pangea Debt Advisory AS was established in Norway in August last year and consist of three team members based in Oslo. The Norwegian and Swedish teams will work closely cross border and will both be an integrated part of Pangea Property Partners. Pangea Debt Advisory AB will be looking to recruit an Analyst/Associate this Autumn, to make the total PDA-team count at least 5 team members.
With Viggo onboard, the Pangea Group counts 50 employees in total including an additional four employees joining Property Partners later this Autumn.
