He comes from the position as Partner and Head of Fund Raising & IR at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). During his seven years with CIP, Steen was instrumental in building a strong IR team across offices in Europe, North America, and APAC as well as in developing and raising CIP’s market pioneering and leading renewables funds. At CIP, he was in charge of raising above EUR 15 billion for CIP’s five fund strategies from more than 125 institutional investors across 18 countries.
Heimstaden is the second largest residential real estate company in Europe with around 155,000 homes across ten countries, valued at SEK 342 billion. The company has raised more than SEK 60 billion in institutional capital during the last three years, enabling growth while strengthening the balance sheet and achieving a BBB rating.
