Alecta Fastigheter aims to grow strongly in the coming years by acquiring and developing properties and locations in attractive growth areas.

In the build-up and growth phase that Alecta Fastigheter is in, the legal function has a key role. The legal team at Alecta Fastigheter will now be complete with a new general counsel. Assur will also be part of the company's management team.

Assur Badur joins from Vinge's Stockholm office where he was Head of the Real Estate. Previously, he has worked at NCC and Setterwalls Advokatbyrå, among others. Assur takes up the position as General Counsel on October 3rd.
