Anders Liljenstolpe is an accomplished leader in the real estate industry, with extensive experience advising landlords, occupiers and investors.

Patrik Kallenvret, MD, CBRE Sweden, will transition to focus on his role as MD, Capital Markets, Nordics & Sweden, after ensuring a smooth handover to Anders Liljenstolpe. Pernilla Tallqvist, COO, will continue in her role, working closely with Anders Liljenstolpe.

Most recently, Liljenstolpe served as CEO at JLL, Russia & CIS, and earlier as Senior Vice President, Country Director Russia at SRV, a Finnish construction company, and as GM at IKEA in Russia. He has now moved back to his hometown Stockholm and looks forward to bringing his experience to the Swedish market and CBRE.
