Corem has in two separate transactions signed contracts to sell three properties in Norrköping and Partille at a total underlying property value of SEK 116 million, which is in line with book value.

In Norrköping, the property Kabeln 1 is divested. The property has a lettable area of 4,887 sq.m., primarily office and warehouse premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 4.9 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to approximately 90 per cent. Transfer of possession is planned to be on 31 March 2023.

The properties Partille 4:2 and Partille 4:25 consist of land and a fully let retail building with a lettable area of 2,843 sq.m. and a rental value of SEK 5.1 million. Transfer of possession is planned to be on 22 December 2022.
