Mariette Hilmersson has a solid background from various managerial positions in the property industry. Since 2018, she has held the position of CEO for Region West at Castellum. She has also been CEO of AB Framtiden and worked on large urban development projects in the city of Gothenburg. In addition to that, she holds several board assignments, including as chairman of the board of Fastighetsägarna GFR AB and board member of Akademiska Hus och Tyréns AB.

Mariette Hilmersson takes over as new CEO around mid-2023 and succeeds Mikael Granath, who intends to retire after 13 successful years as CEO at Willhem.
