Fredrik Lantz has solid experience from the property industry and most recently came from Skanska, where he worked for over 20 years. Today, he is leasing and marketing manager for Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm, where he worked with some of Stockholm's most well-known office establishments. Prior to that, he has also been active as property manager and transaction manager as well as in leasing and management. The new assignment at Humlegården entails overall responsibility for the company's rental and property portfolio. Fredrik Lantz will take up his new position on 2 May 2023 and will then also be part of Humlegården's management.

Humlegården has a great focus on ensuring that the customer offer and the places we create meet the new working life in the best possible way. The existing property portfolio consists of approximately 60 properties in some of Stockholm's best office locations. Among the development projects are investments such as the new Origo neighborhood in Solna strand. In the same district, the development of an existing property, Greenhouse, located right next to the subway, is also underway. In Hagastaden, the final phase is approaching in the development of Norra Station in the Härden quarter, where Humlegården has created modern offices and a new destination for food and drink in Stockholm.
