Joachim comes with 12 years of experience in real estate, most recently as a partner at Pareto Securities and the Corporate Finance Real Estate department. Prior to that Joachim worked with Corporate Finance and Property transactions at Pangea.

Areim recently announced the closing of its fifth fund, Areim Fund V, with EUR 877 million in committed capital. Areim Fund V will invest in value-add real estate with a focus on the light industrial, office, and residential sectors across the Nordics. In Norway, the focus of the investments is mainly on the light industrial and office sectors in Oslo and in growth cities and regions outside Oslo.
