The logistics property operator continues its investment in expanding its presence around Helsinki. It is now clear that Logicenters has signed an agreement with Alfaroc Logistics Oy to begin construction of a state-of-the-art facility of 38,000 m2 in Tuusula, just north of the capital.
The new property will be developed in line with Logicenter’s ambitious sustainability goals and will include geothermal energy and rooftop solar panels. The facility is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

Alfaroc Logistics Oy is one of Finland’s largest outsourcing service providers within internal logistics and warehousing. The company offers services to industrial and retail companies, importers, and online stores.

The facility will be located only six minutes from European road 75 with connections to both Helsinki and Northern Finland. In addition, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is only 13 minutes away by car.
