Thomas Malmberg, who joined Savills Sweden just over three years ago, currently leads Savills Sweden Retail, which includes Stockholm Quality Outlet and Barkarby Handelsplats. With over 17 years of experience in retail, including as a shopping center director for IKEA in Southeast Asia and Russia, he has solid expertise in property development and management.

For the past three years, Malin Silversvala has been head of property management within Savills Sweden, a role she is handing over to Thomas Malmberg. She worked at Savills between 2010–2016 and then at CBRE and ICA Fastigheter before returning to Savills in 2020. She will now take on the role of Head of Business Development within the Administration business area.
