In line with increasing demand for efficient logistics, Logicenters is involved in developing Enköping’s Business Park, just north-east of the central city. A lease has now been signed with Jobman Workwear AB to develop an additional 12,200 m2 in the area, where the workwear company will become a long-term tenant.
“The geographic location at the E18 with close connections to Stockholm and the entire Mälardalen opens for efficient logistics with a favorable rental situation compared to Stockholm’s locations. We are very happy about the collaboration with Jobman and looking forward to accompanying them on their continued expansion journey,” says Victoria Ödmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.
Jobman Workwear has worked since 1975 to develop workwear for professionals with high demands. Durability has always been – and will always be – the company’s hallmark as it is one of the leading companies in its industry.
“Logicenters has offered a very good service and we are grateful for this collaboration, which will increase our opportunities to grow as a company. With a logistics facility in Enköping, we can offer our customers in Central Sweden and the rest of the country an even faster delivery,” says Joakim Rothschild, CEO at Jobman Workwear.
The property, Hagalund 1:34, will be developed according to Logicenter’s ambitious sustainability profile and will be ready during the first quarter of 2024. The area already houses companies such as Kronans Apotek and Enköping Maskincenter.
