Slättö’s ambition is to become the most respected investor within its chosen strategies. To achieve this position, Slättö applies a thematic approach, building scalable platforms for asset development throughout the entire real estate value chain – from early stage to standing assets. Building on a strong culture of commitment, responsibility and constant development to retain and develop top talent, the firm drives superior risk-adjusted returns.

As part of the next stage of Slättö’s journey, Joakim Andersson joins Slättö as new CFO. This follows a position as CFO at Cint, a leading, private equity owned, software company in the digital consumer research industry. As CFO, he led Cint’s IPO and a transformational international acquisition. Joakim has a long-standing background from Swedish investment company Kinnevik (2007-2020), where he was CFO and Head of Strategy, while also serving as acting CEO (2017). Before Kinnevik, Joakim held various finance roles at affiliated Banque Invik (2001-2007), including serving as branch manager and with responsibility for various corporate finance projects.

"I am very pleased to welcome Joakim to the team. With his strong experience from a wider CFO portfolio and background from the Kinnevik sphere, he brings top-class competences to Slättö and is a great fit with our entrepreneurial culture and our values. As Slättö continues to grow and attract new and larger investors, Joakim will help us further develop our firm to continue delivering top-class returns", says Jonas Andersson, Deputy Managing Partner at Slättö.

"After my departure from Cint, I have spent a lot of time evaluating different opportunities and I am very happy to have met and be able to join Slättö as new CFO. Despite being a relatively young company, I am impressed with what they have accomplished so far. Based on the position Slättö has today, the team they have in place, the high ambitions and the entrepreneurial spirit, I am convinced that the years to come will be very exciting," says Joakim Andersson.

Joakim Andersson started his new position on 17 April.
