Peab Builds Apartments in Helsinki

Finland — Peab has been commissioned to build an apartment building in Verkkosaari, Helsinki. The customer is Helsinki City’s ATT and the contract is worth EUR 17 million.

The project comprises construction of an apartment building with 79 apartments and a total of close to 9,000 sqm gross area.

“We’re very proud for the opportunity to build this apartment building and at the same time collaborate with a new customer,” says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab Finland.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in June 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in February 2025.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2023.
