Hökerum Fastigheter develops and manages logistics properties via the CH Square brand. The first phase of the property was completed in December 2021 and is fully leased to Aditro Logistics. Total LOA amounts to approximately 50,000 square meters. In addition, construction of phase 2 is planned for an additional 70,000 sqm LOA.
