Inission Syd has been a tenant in the property Grimskaftet 1, in Elisedal's business area in Malmö, since June 2016. The current lease extends to the end of 2026 with an annual rent of SEK 3.6 million. In connection with the extension of the lease agreement, the existing area is expanded by almost 1,200 square meters and brings additional rental income of SEK 1.4 million annually.
"We are happy to be able to grow with existing tenants and that we in this case also can sign an extended lease. Continually improving our stock is an important ingredient in our business model, and the current building right were identified already when the property was acquired. Existing area today amounts to just over 4,200 square meters and will, after expansion, amount to 5,400 square meters. The expansion is to be completed in June 2024 and certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
