In Sigtuna, the property Märsta 24:8 which consists of a small office building is currently completely vacant, is divested.

In Kalmar, the property Guldfisken 2 which since 2020 houses the Kalmar City Library, is divested. The building, which is Kalmar's ancient post office, has been a cultural monument since 1994 and has been completely renovated by Corem in close dialogue with the County Administrative Board. The buyer is Vacse.

The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 4,990 sq.m. and a total rental value of approximately SEK 8.6 million (EUR 783,000).

The property in Sigtuna was transferred on 30 June, and in Kalmar transfer is planned for 2 October 2023.
