The premises, located at Svetsarvägen 17 in Solna, will be adapted to meet Miele’s need for offices, cooking and training areas and a showroom.

"The lease agreement with Miele is one of several significant lettings in Solna Business Park concluded in the second quarter. A lease was also recently signed with Mekonomen Company for 1,050 sqm. This demonstrates that the trend of customer demand for modern offices with good communications is persisting," said John Svanström, Letting Manager at Fabege.

Solna Business Park has a wide range of services, including grocery stores, restaurants and fitness centres, andis one of Stockholm’s most important business clusters. The food hall, Smedens Mathall, recently opened at the property, prior to which the F9 gym complex began operating there.

"The move helps strengthen our position in the market, and the office space represents our core business, both in terms of expression and design. We will be able to create a unique space for our employees and partners to engage with our products and brand in new and exciting ways. We’ll also be able to offer our employees a wide range of services in a central location with the light railway right on our doorstep," said Niklas Mair, CEO of Miele AB.

Colliers has acted as tenant advisor and Studio Stockholm is the architect responsible for adapting the premises on behalf of Miele.
