The office building was acquired for DKK 71,5 million, with the transfer scheduled for 4 July 2023. The seller of the property is a private person.
The property is today fully let to two tenants who use the property to education activities and daily activities. The lettable area amounts to 3,600 square meters.
The new property is located in a business area, where Wihlborgs as been establishes since 2016, near the s-train and Copenhagen Central Station.
