The property is located in Kista, Stockholm, and comprises appx. 28,700 sqm of lettable area. Internationella Engelska Skolan is the main tenant with approximately one-third of the total lettable area, on a long-term lease agreement. In addition to the in place income the property offers atttactive value-add opportunities in lease-up of vacancies.
