Corem has signed an agreement for the divestment of the property Paletten 1 in Linköping at an underlying property value of SEK 114 million (approximately EUR 10.4 million), which is in line with the book value.
The property, which is located in the Stångebro area, has a rentable area of 6,048 sqm and comprises office premises. The rental value amounts to SEK 7.1 million (approximately EUR 646,000) and the economic letting rate amounts to 100 percent.
Access is scheduled for October 2nd.
