With the leasing of the restaurant space to Niklas and Friends, Orgelpipan 4 is fully leased.

The building has a cultural-historical value and the exterior has been carefully renovated to preserve and recreate period architectural features and materials. Existing stairwells have been maintained while the premises and technical installations have been modernized. The property consists of approximately 4,200 sqm of commercial premises, mainly offices but also a restaurant and café at street level.
