The contract means that SHIS Bostäder will continue its activities in K2A’s housing in Vällingby, where the foundation has been operating since 2017.
“It’s very positive that we’re continuing our partnership with SHIS Bostäder,” says Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A. “The foundation does very important work to prevent and combat homelessness in Stockholm, and we’re happy to be able to contribute to these efforts.”
SHIS Bostäder offers housing solutions and needs-based support to provide Stockholmers outside the regular housing market with a chance to have their own home and the key to their own door.
“We’re delighted to be able to continue our activities on site,” says Åsa Öttenius, CEO of SHIS Bostäder. “Our ongoing partnership with K2A works very well, and the company has a professional management organisation that makes the work we do there easier. We look forward to continuing to develop the work we do together on social sustainability during the coming rental period.”
