Skanska's new office project is located on Neptunigatan on Universitetsholmen. With private balconies and access to a common roof terrace adapted for outdoor work, Oas is built to encourage an active and sustainable lifestyle. On the entrance level, there are premises for public activities as well as a bicycle hotel, showers and changing rooms to facilitate sustainable travel.

The building is health certified according to the international standard WELL and sustainability certified according to LEED Platinum.
