Through a forward purchase agreement, Logicenters is acquiring Beijer Byggmaterial’s central warehouse in Eskilstuna. In addition, it includes a building right of 27 000 sqm on the same plot. The property will be leased by the logistics company Logent AB, which manages operations for Beijer Byggmaterial.

The property is strategically located near Highway 53 and E20, with direct access to Stockholm – and by car, you can reach Eskilstuna in just 17 minutes. Buses run between Kjulamon and Eskilstuna every half-hour, making it convenient for customers and employees.

Logicenters is acquiring the completed facility from the current property owner, Charmilla Eskilstuna AB, who views the agreement positively.
