Serneke divests the entire shareholding in Änglagården Holding AB, owner of Prioritet Serneke Arena in Gothenburg, as well as in 7H Bil AB, a car dealer in Kinna. The sales are to companies owned by Ola Serneke and are part of the ongoing restructuring within Serneke to streamline the business into a contracting and a property development part.

Serneke transfers all shares in Änglagården Holding AB, corresponding to 40 percent of the company's shares, to companies owned by Ola Serneke. At the same time, Serneke sells all shares in 7H Bil AB, which corresponds to 30 percent of the company's shares, to the same company. Businesses in line with group values.
