Mattias Rickardsson has informed the company's board that he has decided to resign as CEO of Link Prop Investment AB.

"Mattias has successfully led Link Prop for the past six years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, and leaves behind a company with a robust position. On behalf of the board, I would like to extend a big thank you to Mattias for his significant contributions to Link Prop," says Fredrik Österberg, chairman of the board.

"It has been six exciting and productive years with Link Prop where we have worked together actively to develop the property and meet our tenants. My decision to resign as CEO of Link Prop is based on the fact that I have several tasks that have recently grown in scope and that I therefore do not have the time required to be CEO of Link Prop," says Mattias Rickardsson.

Mattias Rickardsson will remain as CEO until a new CEO has been appointed and he will also be at Link Prop Investment AB's disposal during a transition period in order to ensure a smooth handover.
